This Community of Practice offers a supportive space for family child care providers to reflect on their teaching practices, share

insights, and engage in thoughtful discussions with peers. Through facilitated conversations, participants will explore key

questions that promote self-reflection, encourage professional growth, and strengthen their approach to care and education.

The course encourages a collaborative environment where providers can examine their practices, discuss challenges, and

celebrate successes, all while focusing on continuous improvement and development within the family child care setting.
